<p>As health-conscious parents, we are always on the lookout for kid-friendly snack ideas. These nutritious veggie popsicles are delicious! They're almost as colourful as their high fructose concentrated counterparts, but they're sugar-free and packed with all the vitamins and fat-fighting fibre that vegetables provide.</p>

<p>What you need:</p>
<p> </p>
<p>- Veggie Smoothie Mix (options below)<br />
- Funnel<br />
- Plastic Sleeves <br />
- Blender</p>

<p>Recipe: Makes around 4-5 Popsicles</p>

<p>Veggie Popsicles in a Berry Red Flavor<br />
- Blueberries, 1 cup<br />
- 1 cup red chard, chopped<br />
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper<br />
- A Banana <br />
- 1 cup Apple Juice<br />
- Lime Green Popsicles<br />
- Juice from 1 lime<br />
- 1 cup of chopped fresh spinach<br />
- A Banana<br />
- 1 Green apple diced<br />
- 1 cup of apple juice</p>

<p>Orange Carrot Mango Popsicles<br />
- 1 Mango – diced<br />
- 2 Large Oranges, peeled<br />
- 1 cup of shredded carrots<br />
- A Banana<br />
- 1 cup of Orange or Apple Juice</p>

<p>How to:<br />
At medium speed, blend all of the vegetables and fruits, as well as the juice, until the components are smooth. Fill your sleeves with the funnel. Freeze and serve when needed.</p>
