Baby Blisscard @ South West is a welcome gift from South West CDC for the arrival of each newborn in the South West District!
Simply fill up the application to become a Baby Blisscard member and you will receive a limited-edition EZ-link card with $20 in stored value.
Applicants must fulfil all of the following:
- Reside in South West District*;
- Have at least one (1) parent who is a Singapore citizen; and
- Child must be under two (2) years old at time of application.
* The South West District occupies about a third of Singapore’s land mass, spanning 18 divisions in 3 Group Representation Constituencies (GRCs) and 4 Single Member Constituencies (SMCs), namely Chua Chu Kang GRC, Jurong GRC, West Coast GRC, Bukit Batok SMC, Hong Kah North SMC, Pioneer SMC and Yuhua SMC.
