The upcoming GST hike to 8% in 2023 and 9% in 2024 (or even the current 7%) may be tough, but there’s actually a way that we can avoid GST - which is to visit places that do not charge GST. For those who wonder whether the food and service there are good, do not worry! At The ART, they strive to bring you a delightful dining experience. The ART is equipped with a food preparation kitchen, baking production kitchen as well as a coffee and cake counter. For the comfort of their guests, they also provide air-conditioned and al fresco dining.

For Porridge set, it is priced at $13.50/pax, with FREE FLOW sweet potato porridge, must-have condiments and fragrant Chinese tea. You can also enjoy pre-set mains (limited to 1 serving).

Tiagong they started from a stall in a coffeeshop before expanding to 2 outlets now in Ang Mo Kio and Potong Pasir.

Easily the most famous of the Chinese cuisines, Teochew cuisine is particularly well known for its seafood dishes and is often regarded as being very healthy. Its use of flavouring is much less heavy-handed than most other Chinese cuisines and depends much on the freshness and quality of the ingredients for taste and flavour.

The restaurant’s chefs are specially selected from Teochew of China, under the guidance of Master Xu YongQiang, who is one of the 8th renowned chef of China. For the best dining experience, start with their popular Teochew-style steamed fish, Teochew Cold Crab and Braised Duck, with the addition of Imperial Pot, Taiji Mould, and not forgetting to end with strong Tieguanyin Chinese tea to help digestion.
