This programme is for babies born from 1 Jan 2020 onwards and the Baby Gift Pack is redeemable up until the child is 2 years old, while stocks last.
The Baby Gift Pack contains the following:
- One story book
You may visit any public library (except library@chinatown) with your child’s birth certificate and a parent’s NRIC to register your child for library membership. Please be informed that Marine Parade Public Library and Central Public Library are currently closed for renovation.
Foreigners must produce valid documents. Membership fees apply for non-Singaporeans (PRs and foreigners). Visit the page below to find out more.
You may also register online using SingPass (applicable to Singaporeans and PRs only). Alternatively, parents can apply for NLB membership as part of the service bundle through the LifeSG app. For more information, download the LifeSG app.
